At the start of your first treatment I will ask a few questions about your medical past. I write this down in my logbook and afterwards will write the treatment for a possible subsequent treatment.

If you are already being treated by a doctor, specialist or therapist, I can first ask you to discuss whether a massage or wax treatment may be applied during the treatment period.

You must always report the use of medication.

I am not responsible for damage and/ or injury as a result of concealing medical information such as physical and/ or mental disorders, pregnancy, injuries and medication use.

I do not give a pregnancy massage.

I do not give erotic massages.

You must keep your underwear on during the massage treatment. If you prefer, you can just keep your bra on.

I have a duty of confidentiality, everything that is discussed during our appointment stays between us.

Canceling an appointment is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start, after which the costs will still be charged.

Appointments can be made by mail, via the website, or by telephone (app / message). My preference is for mail / website.

The minimum order for a chair massage on location is 2. This can be 30 minutes for 1 person or 1 for you and 1 for your partner.

Hygiene is very important to me, the towels I use are washed after every treatment. For yourself and for me it is very nice if you refresh yourself for a massage or wax treatment.

Put on comfortable clothes for your own convenience.

I don't answer the phone myself while massaging or waxing. That is why I am asking you to switch off your mobile phone.

With me you can only pay cash and please pay for the treatment.

If payment is made via a gift voucher or gift card, it cannot be exchanged for cash. In addition, there is also no refund if you purchase less than the gift voucher value from massages or other services.

Offers cannot be combined.

I reserve the right to refuse clients if they are under the influence of mind-altering drugs, alcohol or otherwise give rise to contraindication.
